oh yea to those who didn't know you can actually invite authors instead of giving the password this enables you to only able to post not change the blogskin and it will appear on your dashboard nid not log in and out just to post wells this is just fyi:D
for those who also want to make blogskins go study this website http://www.broadwayparadise.blogspot.com/ very easy instrutions and go buy photoshop software if you wan to add pics like this
